 Diary Entry 3

Today we dedicated the seminar to starting the learning situation.

Building on from the previous day, we knew our lesson had to revolve around language learning to align with our topic of IT in bilingual learning experiences. Therefore, we searched for lesson plans that could provide us with a basis for our next steps. 

After thorough thought and research, we decided to utilise a lesson that worked on teaching English speaking children Spanish. This particular lesson focused on vocabulary in the topic of fruit. 

The positive about this lesson was that it utilised limited IT and therefore, provided us with many opportunities to incorporate new technologies and optimise learning in all areas.

We hope to adapt and improve this lesson with the support of IT in the following seminars.
