Project Selection

Through a class discussion in the Modern Languages Class, children will learn the plans for the project. The topic of fruits will be introduced to them and the children will set the end goal: to create a conversational podcast in Spanish about fruits that demonstrates the ability to express opinions, ask and answer questions and express quantity.

They will be exposed to an example of a podcast- created by the teacher- which will serve as a guide for what the teacher expects from the children at the end of the project.

The children will be encouraged to remember the end goal of the project during the preparation (3 lessons). This way, all the content will have educational relevance within the learning journey.
